In recent years we have increasingly developed the idea of creating a space dedicated to conviviality, a vehicle for proposing cultural contents and a moment of conclusion of the events.
The company activity and the variety of spontaneous products that the territory offers us have given us the further motivation to create our idea of cuisine: the "CIO born" chicken that we buy from our customers is the protagonist of most of our dishes; the seasonality of the products - spontaneous and cultivated - present in the company, determines the menus; moreover, for everything we do not produce, we rely on our neighbors at zero km.
